Can I exchange my order?
We only offer exchanges or replacements for items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival. If this happens, please email us at allureolem@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll be happy to make it right.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive your parcel on the expected delivery day. If a delivery attempt is missed or the parcel is not collected in time, the customer may be responsible for any re-delivery or return shipping fees.
How do I return an item?
If your return has been approved, we recommend using a tracked and insured postal service to ensure it arrives safely back to us. Allure Oleum cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
