We want you to love your ritual. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Items must be returned to us for inspection
We do not offer free return postage at this stage — we recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
How to Start a Return

Your order number
Reason for return or exchange
Clear photos (if the product is damaged or faulty)
We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt and whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 72 hours for the refund to appear in your account.
During peak periods (such as Black Friday and Christmas), please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email us and we will provide instructions.
You will be responsible for your return shipping costs. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Any returned item not meeting our policy will be sent back to you
Products purchased as part of a collection or set must be returned in full
We do not accept returns or refunds for sale items
We do not offer refunds due to personal dislike
We are not responsible for lost returns — please use a tracked and insured service if your return exceeds £40
Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to:
Track your order
Ensure someone is available to receive it
Collect your parcel if a delivery attempt is missed
We cannot refund delivery charges for failed or refused deliveries.
Policy Misuse
All returns are monitored.
Customers who repeatedly return items may have their return privileges reviewed or revoked.
